Article 2 – Applicability
1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made or
concluded via r3music's webshop.
2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Deviations from these terms are valid only if explicitly agreed in writing.
Article 3 – Offers and Agreement
1. Offers on the webshop are non-binding and may be modified or withdrawn at any
time.
2. The agreement is concluded when the customer accepts the offer and fulfills any stated
conditions.
3. r3music reserves the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT (NL864785264B01), unless otherwise
indicated.
2. Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on the webshop.
3. Once payment is received, the order will be processed.
Article 5 – Delivery
1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
2. r3music aims to deliver orders within 8 working days.
3. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or
cancellation, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of
receiving the order, without giving reasons.
Exception: custom-made products created via the Mats & Rugs Custom Configurator
are tailored to the customer and cannot be returned.
2. During this period, the customer must handle the product and its packaging with care.
3. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and – if possible – in their original
packaging.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 7 – Warranty and Complaints
1. r3music guarantees that delivered products conform to the agreement and
match the specifications stated in the offer.
2. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after
discovery, via [insert your email address here].
3. r3music will respond substantively within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Article 8 – Liability
1. r3music is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit.
2. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
Article 9 – Force Majeure
1. In case of force majeure, r3music is not obliged to fulfill its obligations.
2. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: internet or telecom failures, transport
delays, strikes, government measures, and other circumstances beyond
r3music's control.
Article 10 – Disputes and Applicable Law
1. Dutch law applies to all agreements between r3music and the customer.
2. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this fails, disputes
will be submitted to the competent court in Zwolle.
